What’s included:
a personalized living room designed by Studio Chiodo aligned with your project goals, vision and inspiration
multiple 3D model images demonstrating your layout, furnishings, and finishes — all to scale based on your floor plan
photorealistic renderings taken from every angle
an overhead video view of your 3D model
client photo gallery that includes all 3D images and renderings (see a living room example from a multi-room project here)
paint suggestions (specific paint colors will be provided for all clients)
general finish recommendations (i.e. walnut stained mantel, black curtain rod, brass picture light, etc.)
***note: only clients who purchase the option for product sourcing will receive specific product links & a shoppable inventory lista 45 minute video meeting to present your design
one round of revisions
Clients who purchase option for product sourcing will also receive:
furniture, lighting, and decor selections to fit within your budget and sourced from places where you like to shop.
material, finish, and hardware selections
space plan for furnishings including a 2D layout — all to scale to ensure proper fit within your space
a shoppable inventory list with specific product links
moodboard(s) highlighting your curated selections and delivered in a PDF presentation (see example here)

Our Process:
After purchase, we will send you a welcome email within 24 hours with an invite to join our client portal. You will receive a Project Questionnaire to share your project goals, style preferences, room challenges, inspiration images, and any specific requirements or wishes. We will also ask for you to email us detailed room measurements or house plans and room photos.
Notes:
All design services require detailed room measurements provided by the client. For any projects involving new construction or structural changes (i.e. wall removals, additions, or plumbing relocations), clients must provide professional 2D floor plans prior to project initiation.
Studio Chiodo provides design materials for guidance only and is not responsible for third-party information accuracy or design execution by contractors/clients. Any construction elements must be independently verified by licensed professionals and our designs are not to be used as construction documents.
Open concept floor plans are considered separate rooms based on use and must be purchased separately.
After we receive pictures of your space and you have completed your new client questionnaire, the estimated turn-around time is 6-8 weeks.
All sales are final.
