All design materials are conceptual and for visualization only. Drawings, elevations, and renderings are not construction documents and must be reviewed and verified by a licensed professional before ordering or installation.
Cabinet drawings show overall dimensions only. Individual drawer/door details and internal components are not provided.
Mood boards and shoppable product links are only provided with Selections services.
3D Design includes finish direction — overall material + tone recommendations (ex: brass hardware, quartz countertops) — but not specific product sourcing or links.
Architectural components such as windows, doors, and trim/molding profiles are not sourced as part of this service.
Studio Chiodo does not provide construction coordination or technical drawings. Contractors, fabricators, and installers are responsible for confirming all dimensions, clearances, and site-specific conditions.
Scope is limited to laundry room design services. Adjacent spaces (mudrooms, entryways, etc.) require separate packages.
Revisions are limited to one round per purchased service. Additional revisions can be quoted separately.
All sales are final.
1. Welcome & onboarding
  After purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with your design questionnaire, client contract, and instructions for submitting photos, measurements, and/or plans.
  Your project officially begins once the contract is signed and all required materials are received.
2. Project questionnaire & documentation
  You’ll share your project goals, style preferences, inspiration images, and any must-haves.
  You’ll also send room photos and accurate measurements or plans to support scaled design work.
3. Design development + preliminary concepts
  I create your initial design direction and email you preliminary concepts to review before anything is finalized.
  This step ensures alignment before moving into the completed design.
4. Design delivery
  You’ll receive your completed design assets according to your selected service:
  3D services: 3D renderings + elevations + layouts presented in a virtual design meeting
  Selections-Only: curated product selections + mood board delivered by email (no meeting included)
5. Refinement & Final Deliverables
  All services include one round of revisions to refine your design or selections after delivery.
  Once revisions are complete, you’ll receive downloadable final files and—when applicable—product links to support your conversations with your contractor or trade team.
