All design materials are conceptual and for visualization only. Renderings, drawings, elevations, and layouts are not construction documents and must be reviewed and verified by a licensed professional before ordering or installation.
Studio Chiodo does not provide construction coordination or technical drawings. Contractors, fabricators, and installers are responsible for confirming all dimensions, clearances, and site-specific conditions.
Architectural components such as windows, doors, and trim/molding profiles are not sourced as part of this service.
Cabinet elevations show overall dimensions only. Individual drawer/door configurations and internal components are not provided.
Scope applies to a single room/space. Adjacent or open-concept areas (entryways, dining rooms, kitchens, etc.) require separate service packages.
Revisions are limited to one round per purchased service. Additional revisions may be quoted if needed.
All services are delivered virtually.

Welcome & onboarding
After purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with your design questionnaire, client contract, and instructions for submitting photos, measurements, and/or plans.
Your project officially begins once the contract is signed and all required materials are received.Project questionnaire & documentation
You’ll share your project goals, style preferences, inspiration images, and any must-haves.
We will also ask for accurate room photos and measurements (or plans) to support scaled design work.Design development + preliminary concepts
I create your initial design direction and email you preliminary concepts to review before anything is finalized.
This step ensures alignment on layout, furnishings, and finishes before the full 3D design and selections are completed.Design delivery
You’ll receive a scaled layout, curated product selections, a design concept presentation (mood board + styled slides), photorealistic 3D renderings, and elevations for any built-ins — all presented in a 45-minute virtual design meeting.Refinement & Final Deliverables
All services include one round of revisions to refine your overall design or selections after delivery.
Once revisions are complete, you’ll receive downloadable final files and shoppable product links to support your conversations with your contractor and trade team.
